Leprechaun, Leprechaun where are YOU?

Trenton got a homework assignment last week to make a Leprechaun trap. He was so excited he couldn't wait. On Saturday Trenton and Crew went to their Nana & Papa's while Brent and I went out with our friends. Trenton had asked Papa to help him make the trap since he has all the tools and is so crafty. Here is some pictures of what they came up with. It was suppose to be flashy. Do you think the Leprechaun will see it?

How it works: The Leprechaun will go up the hole in the front to get to the candy in the top and he will get stuck up in the jar full of candy. Trenton wants to know how we are going to get him out once he gets stuck up in there. He also thinks the Leprechaun will like his because he is red headed. We will see!

Of course you're going to catch TONS of Leprechauns! With all that glitter, it'll attract them for miles!

Tell Trenton I said he will for sure catch all the Leprechauns! Your parents are the coolest! I'm sure he had a blast making that with Trenton. Man I can't wait to see the kids. Well you and Brent as well, but it will be fun to see you in 14 weeks.

I've seen this trap in person and it is fantastic! If I were little and green, I'd climb on up for sure :) ...

We sat a few rows behing the boys last night at the hockey game. They are so cute.

We are hoping to move to West Richland at some point. I'm tired of driving to Tri-Cities every day from Prosser. Both kids are in school in Tri-Cities and my daycare is up here. We would like to not have to build but want something pretty new and would like a few acres so the kids can ride at home and we can have a shop and room for everything. We'll see. We were thinking we would have the house ready to sell by summer but we have decided to do more than we first thought. Prosser's real estate is still booming, it actually never slows down. And our neighbors sold for 3 times what we bought our place for. So hopefully with doing a few extra things we will be able to get even more than they sold for. Time will tell!
