Hope you all have a Happy Love Day! Here is another picture of my second batch of Homemade Peppermint Oreo Cookies. The first batch went to fast and I needed to eat more! Yah Right.
...HOMEMADE OREO COOKIES...
1 pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 tbs Flour
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Crisco
10 Peppermints (optional)
Cream Cheese FrostingMix ingredients in large bowl, roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 " apart. If interested in the peppermint ones (which I experimented with this time and they were so delicious!!) crush up peppermint in larger chunks so the stripes are still visible and sprinkle on to top/sides of balls. Bake for 9 minutes at 350 F. Let cool. Sandwich two cookies together with Frosting in the middle. If you are making the Peppermint ones I mixed peppermint chunks into the frosting also...enjoy!!

These look so good!! I will have to try them for sure.
Kaitlyn goes to school at Liberty Christian. There are 17 kids in her class so it makes it a little easier to do more fun things. The cards were nothing special, trust me. I just google imaged Cinderella and Lightning McQueen and found pics the kids liked. I put them into adobe, typed a message on them and then had Costco print a 4x6. On Kaitlyn's we then added some ribbon and buttons just to make them a little more fun. She was way into the fact the boys were getting Cinderella cards :-) I am really not at all creative, I am just a creative copy cat!
I hope you guys have a great day!! Thanks for the recipe.
What cute little heart shapped oreo cookies!! I'm impressed way to go!
