Now that I am feeling better and almost normal I thought I would share a few of our most recent pictures of the babies! I am 13 weeks and 4 days and am so thankful to be back to the real world! Being down for 7 weeks not leaving the house or even my bed it seems like heaven to actually be up and outside! The pictures are marked with an A for one baby and B for the other! Enjoy!

Boo Hoo Hockey is Over! For this Season anyway!

We definitely had a great season! Both boys made some big accomplishments and worked really hard! Trenton played on the Rockets a mite team. He was able to travel to several places and play in some really heated games of hockey. Brent and I enjoyed every minute of each game. His end of the year party was fantastic......the team rented a pool at the Clarion hotel and had yummy Nothing but Noodles cater it. The highlight of the night was getting the collage of memories from the season. Such an awesome team, wonderful new friends and lots of great games. What more could you ask for! Crew also had a fun time this year in hockey. He struggled with keeping his legs straight and standing up but by the end of the season you wouldn't have known that he had any trouble at all. His assistant coach Jimmy gave him a special award "Most improved skater" and an official American's hockey puck. Crew was so excited and we were very proud of him. We definitely will miss all our hockey family and look forward to next year!

Trenton's Field Trip to the Chocolate factory!

Back in November 2009 Trenton's 1st grade class got to go visit Country Mercantile for a Science field trip. His class was able to see how they make chocolate covered pretzels, almond bark and chocolate covered oreos. Yummy! They even let the kids pick out whatever flavor of ice-cream they wanted. The kids had a blast and it was fun to join them!

No School = Mom+Dad Ski trip with Trenton!

We have been wanting to take Trenton skiing for some time now and decided that we should today! Trenton had no school for teacher workshop but we knew that most kids did so we decided it would be a relaxed day at the slopes. Brent was not to excited because he needed to work and thought that skiing with a child that had never skied could be a lot of work in itself.......but it turned out to be a perfect day! We all had a great time and found that Trenton is one heck of a skier! I was always told never to go on the platter pole and as a child I was taken straight up to the lift. Brent thought we better try it once to see how Trenton did.....he had been telling us that he knew how to ski and was going to do flips and everything so we didn't know what to expect! Well he showed us up and was ready for the next level. We did that lift twice and then headed straight for the quad all the way up the mountain. We continued on this lift for the rest of the day.....like 12 times. There were no lines and Trenton did all the green circles and blue squares at White Pass. He even went through the trees and tried several jumps! We are very proud! Sorry for the bragging!

Fall Runs -- several of them!

I was able to run several Fall and Winter races. I accomplished my goal of running a 5K and a 10K. Now I have to do a 10 miler and a half marathon. Hopefully I will be able to do lots more races and continue on the road to a healthier life! I truly love to work out and feel strong and accomplish goals. I am thankful for my families support and Raquel standing by me through each step of the way! Rochelle Bassett's Breast Cancer run!

Pumpkin Patch with Crew 2009

Brent and I were able to go to Crew's pumpkin patch field trip. It was raining and muddy but nothing stops us from getting our pumpkin for Daddy & Son carving night. It took Crew awhile to find just the right one. He didn't want one with any dirt or yuckie stuff on it and he wanted it big. Well they have a special patch where they put all their small pumpkins so that the little kids can carry them......so there wasn't to much to choose from. We did finally find the perfect one and he had fun carving it with Dad.

When Trenton was a baby I had him in kindermusic with Karen @ 6months until he was able to go to Gateway.......well I couldn't pass up another singing opportunity for my kids so since Crew didn't get to go to kindermusic then I had to put him into The Singing Lady. I had heard about her and never knew she was in my very own ward. When I got the flyer I called her right up and signed Crew up. It's been a great adventure for Crew. She does a great job and the kids just love it.

Vegas 2009

We took another fun trip to Vegas! We went with our good friends the Moody's and had a blast. Our plane ride was wonderful and we had a great view both ways. As you can see we played around with the camera a little to pass the time. The sunset was so awesome and Chris gave us a play by play of each mountain we passed. We did several things while in Vegas..............

When Missy wasn't playing the slots she was.......yep you guessed it reading! Just Kidding Miss!

We got lots of Peep shows along the strip but kept our eyes to ourselves!

One of our favorite places to visit is the Ballagio garden. They change it to fit every season and it is one of the first places we hit when we arrive. They use all live plants and resources!

Trenton is on a Mites Hockey team this year! He loves it! As for Brent and I we are trying to accept our new home (ice rink) 4 days a week. We all have enjoyed getting to know our hockey family and love watching the boys play. Trenton has gotten very good at skating and has even scored a few goals! We will be traveling to a few hockey tournaments in the next few months and look forward to seeing Trenton play!

I am thankful I got to go to Time Out! We missed the one close to home so we took a little road trip to Boise. We ate good food......got spiritually uplifted.....ate more food.....took a 5 mile run.....ate some more.....stayed up all night.......lots of girl talk and best of all it was really fun! Crew started hockey this fall and loves every minute of it. He can stand up and even skate across the ice pretty well. He and his Best Buddy Carter are in school together and play on the same team. He loves to remind him each time there is practice and loves Carter to remind him also. It sure has been fun to watch him learn to play!

Labor Day Weekend 2009

Our Labor Day weekend was very relaxing! We watched movies, enjoyed each other and played outside. We also had a fun day out a our cousins riding 4 wheelers. Papa and Nana bought the boys their own and they haven't rode it much so it was a perfect time and they loved it. Trenton got pretty brave and was getting a little crazy and Crew wanted to go non stop. We will have to do it again soon. Thanks Allen and Cherl!

We officially have one in school all day.......can you believe it? I can't and I don't really like it. I miss him and still am having a hard time with him being gone all day! Nellie & Jody's Wedding week

What a fun week! Nellie is my cousin but also one of my best friends. I know back in the day all we did is fight but today we are more like sisters. I love this girl! Several years ago Nellie's mom Aunt Sue died of breast cancer so are family are even closer than we were before which is pretty darn close. We miss Aunt Sue so much and think of her often. The week of the wedding my heart was especially tender for Nellie.....I knew it was going to be tough to not have her mother there on her wedding day. I know she was there in spirit and I could feel her there! The wedding week started with a fun night out to pizza at Hubby's and then over to look at Nellie and Jody's house that they are having built. Thursday was spent at the Moses Lake Water park. It was tons of fun. We ended that night with a BBQ at our house. Friday we had a shower for Nellie at Anthony's and she even got one of my Mom's cute aprons. It was nice to be with the girls. We headed over to set up the wedding stuff and then off to Allen and Cherl's for another family get together. Saturday was crazy......lunch with the girls, doing flowers with Nellie, decorating and helping Nellie get ready. It was something I will always remember and something that I had tons of fun doing. Thanks to my in-laws Nellie had the most beautiful wedding. We used their backyard and it was Perfect! I hope that Nellie and Jody have a long and happy life together! Love you guys!

My 1st 5K

Another 1st for me........I did the 5k Rodeo Run. I even did it all by myself, no one would do it with me. So I signed up and did it. I set a goal to run it in 25 min. and I did it in 24:34 so I was so proud! I did my first mile in 6 minutes something and then the next two I thought I was going to die. I didn't want the lady with the stroller to beat me but she did anyway! I am looking forward to the next race whatever that may be!!!!!

San Diego 2009-- Hunter Factory Trip

Wow.....is all I can say about our trip to San Diego. We had such a fun time and loved all the new things we learned and got to see. Well we tried to leave early on Thursday morning but Brent and I got to the airport 5 minutes to late, so they put us on the next plane to Salt Lake which was an hour later and then we arrived an hour after everybody else had gotten to San Diego. All the hustle and bustle was very worth it. A few months ago Gordon our Sales Rep from Hunter Sprinklers talked to us about coming and seeing the factory in San Diego. Well.......let me check my schedule.....he didn't have to ask me twice I was ready to go that day. The trip was very well organized and fun every single minute. We started out heading up the coast to a little taco shop on the beach. It was so yummy and Ang even got her fish tacos on our first stop. We then headed to the factory and met a few people and got all kinds of goodies.....shirts, cups and hats. We were able to visit a few parts of the distribution and testing facilities.......so interesting. We checked into our hotel (The 4 Seasons) nicest hotel I have been too! Fresh squeezed juice and cool wash clothes. The palm trees and weather were breath taking. The company had hired one of the wives to make us dinner and it was sooooo yummy. Homemade rolls, salmon, pork chop and lots lots more. Friday we headed back to the factory for more touring and building of our own sprinklers. They taught us step by step how to make the PGP and had us race. So fun! The owner of Hunter Industries was so friendly and down to earth. He met us at the carousel where we were making our sprinklers. We got pictures with him and he autographed each one of our master pieces. Needless to say I didn't win the race but I do make a good looking sprinkler. When it was lunch time the event coordinator took us to lunch at the Argyle a nice restaurant on the Arnold Palmer golf course. After lunch we got a phone call that told us we had spa appointments so we headed to the pool then off to the spa. We never wanted to leave it was pure heaven. We met up with the boys and got ready for our night. We had dinner reservations at a fancy restaurant called "The Chart House" very good steak and seafood on the beach. It was so fun to watch the sunset and enjoy good company! Saturday was filled with fun at the Wild Animal park, lunch at a sushi/typan restaurant, pool, beach and then dinner. We definitely had a great time and appreciate Hunter sending us on a dream vacation to sunny California.

It is going to be Raquel's birthday while she is gone on vacation so we surprised her with a fun night out with friends! It was a little tricky getting things arranged for her to go but it worked out perfectly and we had a blast! We started out by getting pedicures and oh it felt so good and looks so pretty.....then off to Anthony's for some fancy desserts. It was so yummy and so fun to talk girl talk and enjoy a fun night out with awesome girls! Hope you have a happy birthday Raquel!

We were invited to go to our friends family cabin in Idaho on Coco Lalla Lake. Wow so fun! Brent was asked to look at their landscaping and give some suggestions and we got a few days of Paradise in exchange.....I think that it fair! I can't say I can complain about some of the benefits of having our landscape business. We all had such a great time..........

My 1st Triathlon

On Saturday July 4th me and 2 of my closest friends, Missy and Raquel did a sprint triathlon. It was something I have wanted to do for awhile......maybe not a triathlon but some kind of bike race. Raquel asked me in April if I wanted to do it with her and I just laughed and said I am not a good swimmer and definitely not a runner. As you can see I have proven myself wrong.....not that I am good at either of these sports, but I did finish and am thankful I did it. The day started by setting up our transition station and then off to pick up our registration packet. The race began with a 1/2 mile swim along Howard Amon park and then a 12 mile mountain bike ride and then a 3.1 mile run. It was definitely hard but so worth it. I came in at 1 hour 30 minutes.....I was 5th in my age group 30-34.......and 29th overall in the women's division. I couldn't have done it without my two bestest friends, my sweet little family, my in-laws and all you others that supported me......thanks for believing in me! The 3 Triathletes

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Friday started out with a fun day at Levy boating with lots of families from our ward. Thanks for all the fun in the sun. Then that night we went to Olive Garden for our carb dinner to get ready for the big race. Saturday was so awesome....our race was at 8:30.....then relaxed for a few hours then some more fun in the sun by the pool. We enjoyed fireworks in Pasco and the boys loved every minute of it. I love this holiday and seem to enjoy it each year.....but this year seems to be one of my favorite. Especially because I was able to spend some quality time with my sweet little family!

Father's Day Celebration 2009

We did Father's Day early this year, because we were going to Seattle for the weekend. We had homemade Olive Garden and it was very Yummy! I am so thankful for my Dad and for the example he sets for me and my family. He is truly my biggest hero. I am also thankful for my father-in-law for all he does for our family. He is a great friend to Brent and I know our boys think he's great. I am very thankful for Brent and for the sweet relationship he has with each one of the boys. It takes a great Dad to work all day sometimes 12-14 hours and then come home and play hockey or hide and seek. The boys think he is the best and that's all that matters! Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's in our lives!

Bubba Update

Bubba is still growing like a weed. He loves rollie pollies. The boys get a kick out of him! The other day I woke up to both boys outside taking care of Bubba. We had left him outside all night for the first time accidentally and so the boys went right out to check on him. We have sure enjoyed the learning experience of having our duck.

Our friends Steve and Ang asked us to float the river again with them this year....except it was a very different river than last year. Last year we went down the White Salmon a big drop like 13' and that was it. This year was full of rapids and lots of action. We had a great time and we survived so I was thrilled. We plan on doing the Tieton later this fall.

Trenton's last day of school has come and gone......it was a very sad day for me (the Mom) and for Mrs. Lipp and especially Trenton. He will miss his teacher, she was so awesome! He made some really good friends and yes some boys too. I know I didn't take any pictures of his friends that are boys but yes he loves all of his friends. He is so excited for 1st grade with Mrs. Legard.

Trenton's Fire Safety Day!

Trenton had a week of safety.......both the fire dept. and police dept. came to visit his school. He loved it and learned alot about fire and what to do in case of an emergency. It was a good review for our family. We needed to figure out our meeting place and talk about what we would do if our house was on fire. I love being able to work in Trenton's classroom and sharing all of these fun times with him!

We spent most of the weekend working, cleaning and scrubbing the pool to make it sparkling clean for the Summer fun ahead! The boys were so helpful and excited it was fun to work together as a family to appreciate what it takes to get the pool ready to swim in. The boys have been in it non-stop since the water was filling it. I'm looking forward to many hot Summer days and enjoying some much needed swims in this pool. Thanks Daddy for all your hard work!

Bubba had many 1st this week......it seems just like our little baby! Not really much easier than a real baby but still fun to see all his first. We took him over to G&G Martell's to swim in the big pond and he loved it. The big Koi scared him but he seemed to run on water ok. He definitely loves to be around people and comes right to us when he gets scared. He is in his big boy cage now and seems to do good in there. He also got to spend time out in the yard in the baby gate and loved to do that also. Trenton wanted to take him down the water slide so Bubba got his first and hopefully his last ride down the big slide. I love that my boys love him so much and I am thankful our little family has had this experience. I am sure our good bye won't be easy!

Memorial Day Weekend 2009

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect except Trenton was gone camping with his Papa and Nana so we all missed him. He was back on Sunday so we were able to spend time together on Monday. Our weekend was packed with seeing the pirate ships, farmers market and Country Mercantile on Saturday, BBQ and friends on Sunday and family and birthdays on Monday! So much fun! May is a busy birthday month for our family......Dale on the 4th, Tanner on the 19th, Mom on the 20th, Tyler on the 24th and Heidi on the 29th. And then we try to squeeze Mother's Day in there some place. It is fun but seems to always be one big huge birthday bash. This year Papa surprised the boys with 4-wheelers. He even got one for my boys. They all loved it and had a great time riding on Heidi and Dale's new property. It will be fun when the farm is done so we can enjoy it. This holiday always brings to mind all the many wonderful people who have given their lives. I am thankful for all those who fight for my country and I miss all our loved ones dearly. All and All it was a PERFECT weekend!

Bubba has sure become part of our family. He is growing tons and is about 3 weeks old. The boys are so cute with him and love to take care of him and make sure he is ok. Trenton thinks it is so cool that Bubba thinks he is his Mommy. This weekend Trenton was away so Crew got to tend Bubba and he loved it. He even let him watch him play his DS and Bubba even helped him alittle. We are excited to see what the next few weeks brings with our new friend!

We enjoyed Trenton's Kindergarten Celebration. He did a good job but seemed a little distracted. I only added one video....I thought it was kinda silly but cute! Trenton has done a really good job in Kinder and is such a good reader. He seems to be soooooo ready for 1st grade and is excited to find out his new teacher. Can't believe we are on the count down to the end of the year. I love this little boy so much and I am very very proud to be his mother!

Crew has grown so much this year at Pre-School. We love Gateway and all that it has to offer. Crew had two wonderful teachers Miss Tara and Miss Tracy. He loved them both so much and I think he had a secret crush on one of them because he became so shy and limp when he entered the classroom. We are so proud of him and love him very much! I still needed kleenex and it is my second child......I don't know what my friends are talking about no crying. How can you not when you love them so much!!!!

On Saturday we were just leaving to go do some errands and Brent said, "Did you know you have a duck in here?" Of course I didn't know we had a duckling in our garage! The first thing I did was call my parents to see if they did this as a joke. Nope they didn't know anything about it. So we headed to Farmer's Exchange to find out what kind of food and things we needed for our new little friend. It seems a little ironic that a few weeks ago Trenton's Kindergarten class hatched ducklings and chicks in their classroom. Trenton is a pro at taking care of Bubba and holding him correctly. We love our new friend and look forward to the next few months with him.

Mother's Day 2009

Mother's Day was an all weekend extravaganza! We had both sets of parents over to celebrate on Saturday night with tri-tip steak and lots of other yummy food. It was nice to get to visit and share some special time with them. On Sunday we had a very nice church service and I was relieved of my calling for both 2nd and 3rd hour.....so nice! I got to sit in on a very special Mother's Day lesson. When we got home we ate quickly and then hiked the Mtn. my favorite thing to do and to top it off the Moody's joined us. It was a very beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable day. Thanks to all the special Mother's in my life, I am thankful for all that you do for me, all that you have taught me and for your sweet examples. I polished off my Mother's Day with a 12.2 mile bike ride and boy did it feel good. Thanks to Brent for making my day so perfect. The boys and Brent got me a camelback for hiking and exercising.....I Love it!!!(Us and the Moody's --I guess Trenton thinks he is part of their family!)

Women's Conference 2009 -- A Special Time with my Mom and Sister

Being with my Sister and my sweet Mother, listening to uplifting music, gathering information from speakers, Utah's snow cap mountains, visiting family, Temple square and feeling the ever so strong spirit ='s a wonderful week in UTAH! I had a great time this past week listening to speakers talk about our Savior and giving me much needed information on how I can become a better me. I can't wait until next year! We drove down on Wednesday and yes we shopped and shopped and then finally arrived at Verl's (my cousin) late. We had to be up early to get to the conference. Thankfully Verl's house was very close to campus. We made it to the opening session and from that time forward it was a very big spiritual high. Thursday night was definitely a highlight for me....we had the opportunity to hear several awesome music artists. My favorite being Hilary Weeks! After the show you could get autographs and pictures with each artist. We loved every minute of it! Friday's closing session was L. Tom Perry. Wow so awesome! He urged us to use our blogs, utube, and facebook to share the gospel. So use it girls! On Saturday we made a quick stop by Temple square...it was raining but the sun did peek through. I think this was one of my favorite trips. I am thankful for a sweet mother who cared enough to share this awesome experience with me!

We love this time of year...how could you not! The boys have played and played and played outside until they couldn't play no more. Papa took Trenton to the sneak preview of the new Planet Earth movie and Trenton said it was the best movie he has ever seen. I can't wait for it to come out. Trenton's Kindergarten class has been waiting for their chick and duck eggs to hatch and this week they did. They are so cute and I have found that I have a real animal lover on my hands. This is not good because Brent nor I like animals. We enjoyed a fun dinner at Red Robin with Missy and the kids on Friday then layed low for the night. On Saturday we went and picked up my new mtn. bike and I took Crew to Nana and Papa's and Brent took Trenton to his soccer game. I met up with Brent at Trenton's game...they killed them. Trenton scored 3 goals. He has gotten so good! Last month Brent and I decided that Trenton and Brent needed some one on one time.....so they did their 1st Daddy date and did lots of fun things. Trenton was thrilled and Brent said he had a great time being with Trenton. Crew went with Papa and Nana to our cousins in Hermiston for a birthday party. He had a great time with his cousin Hunter and can't wait to play again. We were able to go to dinner with some of our friends, it was fun to get to know them better. Over all I would rate our weekend at a 9 almost so dang perfect! If it weren't for those bees. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend. I am looking forward to some more sunshine!!!!

I know most of you are probably saying what's next? Well I will tell you....this obsession is not new! I have always wanted to ride the STP (Seattle to Portland). My Dad my biggest hero has always loved doing triathlons, marathons, and bike races including the STP. Growing up I watched my Dad work very hard to obtain his goal to ride the STP in one day (202miles). Now that I am all grown up I have found that the past 2 to 3 years I have had a strong desire to ride the STP. I would love my hero to do it with me but I'm not sure he can with his back and all. So this past week our gym has starting a new class for Mtn. and road bikes. Well a road bike can cost anywhere from $1000- 4000 dollars. None of my friends have road bikes, but Raquel a friend of mine said she has a Mtn. bike and that we should start riding. So this is how my new obsession started......I went looking and Joe's is going out of business so I went and found a great bike that I love. Yesterday Raquel and I went for a 2 hour ride it was a blast! I loved it, I love my bike and I love being outside! So now you ask what's next......a Righteous Richland Sprint Triathlon in July and then I am looking for a road bike to start training for my goal of riding the STP. It gives me butterflies as Missy would say to even be thinking about achieving one of my biggest goals. A real big check off my bucket list. I know I will make my Dad (my hero) very proud! Today when I was talking to my Mom she said "girl you really are your Dad's child" and I said "yes I am ". I am so proud to be! I love you Dad so much! Thanks for being such a great example!

Trenton had a dentist appointment last week and the dentist decided that since his two bottom baby teeth were not wiggle and the other big teeth were starting to come in behind that it was time to pull them out to make room. So Friday came and Trenton was so excited....because he knows that the Tooth fairy comes. He couldn't eat or drink 4 hours before so I was a good little mother and made him this cute little tag (you can see it in the picture) that said "I am going to the dentist today.....No food or drink please!" Trenton was worried he might forget so we just made him the reminder. He did great no food or drink. We went in and got all the work done and he did great. That night Brent and I were talking to him about the Tooth fairy and asking him what he thought the tooth fairy would bring for his teeth and he said "$100" dollars then it went to $500 so the tooth fairy did come but she brought him a little less $5.oo. He was happy and we think he looks so cute. Boy is he growing up so fast!

As always the boys had a great time at Papa & Nana's! The Wagner's were also here so that always makes it that much better. Nana had made up a scavenger hunt for all the kids to find their Easter basket. She had them all over the neighborhood finding clues and then getting their Easter basket back at her house when they found their final clue. She is always so creative! Our boys loved it and thought it was the coolest thing! We had a wonderful dinner and then had a little fun outside. There is never a dull moment @ Nana & Papa's. We are so thankful for them and all that they do for us.

This is one of my best friends in the whole wide world. Her name is Chrystie and I love her dearly! We met over 18 years ago at a regional teacher/miamaid conference in Hermiston. We have been inseparable since then. We were able to get together and have a quick 2 hour visit. Too short! Even though we have our own lives now we still pick right back up where we left off the last time. Chrystie and I have been through a lot together and we have a special bond that will last a lifetime. I am thankful for our friendship and love her to pieces!

I was in charge of a huge Easter Egg hunt with my Primary Presidency. It turned out great. We had over 2000 eggs and the kids got tons of candy and prizes. I had a great birthday. Thanks to all who made it special. It has kinda turned into a birthday week. On Tuesday my wonderful Primary Presidency had a wonderful breakfast for me, on Wednesday I was surprised by a love letter from my sweet hubby, a cookie bouquet from my BFF Missy and my AWESOME parents cooked me a great dinner corn beef (my favorite) it was so yummy. Spring Break 2009 was a little different then any other Spring Break.......It was sooooo cold and windy. I know all of you who have been to the Oregon Coast think it is always cold, but we usually have the best weather. We still had a great time as you can see from the pics, we survived 1 day shopping without the kids and husbands, 1 trip to Tillamook, 2 trips to the ER and several rainy days and lots of wind and only 2 days of sunshine! We were able to have the Moody's, my parents and my sister and her family join us. It is always fun to have them all with us and to see our kids play together. I just have to brag for a minute......I am so proud of my boys. They are doing so well in school and growing so much. As I write this I tear up a little. I am so thankful to be a mother and have such sweet boys to share my life with. Today Trenton came home with this cute picture from art class. His teacher has been so sweet and thinks he is such and abstract artist. He gets all his artistic abilities from his Daddy. I am so proud of him.....look at all the detail in his picture. As he told me about his Chicken picture he wanted me to see all ten of the baby chicks and look at all the eggs this big Momma laid. She's going to be one busy lady! April is a fun month for Kinder, they visit a farm and hatch their own baby chicks. I love all this learning! Crew has been learning so much also. We are amazed everyday with what he comes up with. The past couple of weeks he has been recognizing all kinds of letters and numbers. Today he said "5" when the toaster was set to the number 5 and in this picture he is telling me "da" "da" "duck". I love this fun time and to watch him grow. He is excited to spell his name "C" "R" "E" "W". Can't wait to see what he learns next!

My sweet boys are growing up so fast. I hope someday they will both get their dream of having a sister but we will all have to bother Dad on that one! So for those of you wondering and those of you who think they know......not happening yet! And we are ok with that. Just enjoying these sweet little guys! I Love you more than the moon and back!

This past week was so nice to have the sunshine and warm weather! Brent was off in Arizona at a conference so the boys and I lived it up. We stayed with Nana and Papa because I am such a chicken when it comes to staying alone. After the first night Trenton said the cutest thing....

T: "Mom I want to sleep in my own bed tonight"
M: "Well we can't until Daddy comes home because Mommy gets scared"
T: "Well just let me sleep in your bed and look I have really big mussels" (as he is flexing and showing me)

Kids say the cutest things and I love my kids so much....they make each day a little better! On Friday the weather was incredible. It was 72 and the sun was shining and there was no wind. A few friends and I decided to take our lunch and go to the park. The kids absolutely loved it. I had a great time watching them play and enjoy the outdoors. After we took the kids to play bowling. Trenton wanted to do it without bumpers so he tried the first time and decided the bumpers were the way to go. Crew did great carrying his ball and doing it all by himself. We had a great time. On Saturday I had a breakfast meeting for church so the boys went to G & G Martell's. The weather was pretty good so I talked Missy and her family into hiking Badger with me. It turned out nice. Thanks guys for going with me! It is really nice to have Brent back and to see how much the boys missed him. He had a great time and even came home with a sunburn. We are looking forward to spring break!

Wow! Finally we are back to blogging......I/we have been really sick and finally I am feeling better. Thanks to some tender loving care from my sweet parents, Brent and of course my best friend Missy! I don't think I would have made it without them and my awesome family doctor. I had a very bad cold/flu and the medication x4 that the Doc in the box gave me had a reaction in my body and pretty much made me feel like I was dizzy and motion sick for 2 weeks. SO I am SO thankful to be feeling better! Trenton missed his tournament in Spokane but was able to play in his soccer game and finish out his hockey season this week. It was so fun to watch him learn and grow this season. We look forward to hockey camp and lots of outdoor skating at the roller hockey arena. We also had a fun carnival at our church on St. Patricks day. Primary which is me and my presidency were in charge of the photo booth. So we set up this awesome picture of the Seattle temple and took family/friend pictures in front of it. They turned out so cute. Trenton got his face painted like a lion and we got lots of treats. We are looking forward to lots of sunshine and a great spring break!

This past week we all got really sick with a bad cold. Brent has been lucky enough to not have gotten it as bad a the boys and I. But I am happy to say that I think we are finally on the mend and saying adios to that nasty cold. We were able to have some fun in between Dr. appt. and medicine. Trenton was the goalie in his hockey game on Saturday. He did very well. His team won 5 to 4. I love the picture where Trenton's teammates are giving him a big hug and are so happy they won. After his game he wanted to go buy a new webkinz with his own money. I tried and tried to help him choose something I thought was so cute but he insisted on the bottle nose dolphin AKA (Flipper). We also got to go to Red Robin and celebrate Ethan and Kaden's birthdays. Despite how we were feeling it was nice to get out and see the world again. Trenton wasn't feeling good at all by the end of our time at RR so I took him in. He had a rough time at the Dr. with strep test and flu test both coming back negative. I hate it when I'm sick and I hate it even more when my sweet little munchkins are not feeling good. Hopefully we are all back to ourselves soon!
